I present proposition BULBASAUR:

The Least Forgotten Pokemon Thread, having finally reached completion through the combined efforts of a dedicated community, will be locked, and preserved for posterity, as a record for future generations.

I think a possible addendum to this would be to add a plaque on the last post, commemorating the accomplishment and recognizing those involved.
