Question from a new user about forum adventures/games

Does MPSA require forum adventures to be MS paint? Came there first, considered that possibility(drawing with a mouse sucks), and came here instead.

I also registered here because I've done a few forum games/adventures on the Community Projects section of the Blockland forums, but they all died due to lack of replies.
