Let's craft some gear to strengthen the group, and try and find Samielle again. I made a shield for lucas that should prove useful in most situations.

You ask Derrick to make a series of items to craft a specific kind of shield. He recommends that we relocate to the night fort as there may be items here we can use.

Derrick imagines combining a SHIELD with LUCAS' SWEATER.

You'd probably get KNIGHT SHIELD. The shield allows for 150 damage reduction and the sweater imbues the ability to defend others, much like Lucas. Though because of the materials of the sweater being yarn. It lowers the damage reduction to 100.

Derrick then imagines combining a MIRROR with AZRIEL'S WRAITH EMBERS.

You'd probably get WRAITH'S PANE. This item uses the mirror's aspect of reflection to share the embodiment of Azriel's ability to grant boons, as well as a spark of wraith fire adding +10 damage.

Derrick imagines combining a hypothetical KNIGHT SHIELD with a hypothetical WRAITH'S PANE.

In theory, you'd probably get DAWN'S REFLECTION. This item's damage reduction is reduced further from the nature of the mirror to -75 damage. Has the ability to defend others. Boons that are granted to this items' user can be spread to the nearest ally, while damage taken can be reflected back with +10 from wraith fire before reduction.

Derrick imagines what you'd get if you combined EMILY'S GLASSES and STARSTRUCK BINDER with PHOTOGRAPHIC CAMERA, FLASHLIGHT and TELESCOPE.

You'd probably get PRIME GOGGLES and PRIME STARSTRUCK BINDER. The added effects to both of these items are the same. Flashlight functionality, ability to see further and a camera sight able to flash the shutter to cause a stun effect.

Derrick imagines what you'd get if you combined ZENDO'S THROWING KNIVES with MEPHIUM.

You'd probably get MEPHITIC DART BOMB. This useable type item can be thrown safely to explode on impact leaving a cloud of noxious gas and delivering heavy damage. The gas will linger for 5 turns and can harm enemy or ally.

Derrick imagines what you'd get if you combined a hypothetical KNIGHT SHIELD with MEDICINE.

You'd probably get MEDIC'S SHIELD. On the added effects of -100 damage reduction and the ability to defend others, This item passively heals the user by +10 each turn. If used to defend someone else, the defended person will receive +25 HP.

Derrick imagines what you'd get if you combined a PIPEBOMB, BROKEN WINE GLASS and DAGGER.

You'd probably get COWARD'S RAM. This useable item has a timer of 10 uses. With each strike grants a debuff of Defense down which allows any attacks to be critical. This will last for 3 turns. One the last use this item must be thrown at a target for it will explode delivering heavy damage.

Derrick imagines what you'd get if you combined ROLLER SKATES with MINIATURE ROCKET and HUMMINGBIRD FEATHER.

You'd probably get NIKE'S GAMBIT. This footwear allows for  temporary flight for travelling far distances, as well as a boon of +100 dexterity from the hummingbird feather.

As Derrick, you imagine adding Reggie's feather to the combination. You'd probably still get NIKE'S GAMBIT, along with the +100 dexterity boost and abilities for faster travel, you're sure Reggie's feather would add the ability to peek at a monster's stats.
