Fuckin', I don't know. I don't know! Secretly it turns out I don't actually get really into mafia until the late game because I don't ever know anything! The AC/BlazerC thing was the main thing that seemed like an obvious choice to me! But doing the obvious choice is suspicious because mafia like to take the obvious choice because it's obvious.
and i mean nobody died last night so like fuckin' sure. I can claim if people'd like. It's at this point purely a flavor role. I don't know if it'll change at some point.

ok Vote: Numbers
my general vibe from your play has been a lack of willingness to put down/commit to concrete reads of your own, and hopping onto existing easy lynch trains with rationales that are coming off as more suspicious than voting with zero comment?
Like, you could have just joined the wagon with zero reasoning and not given a damn that you looked suspicious, but instead you're adding just enough reasoning that you're kind of. Trying to not look suspicious?????

Forgive me if I'm not enthused by the response "Either I am actively working to impede you, or I am just completely useless for your team".
Clearly just not being any good at mafia isn't a scum tell but if you are town, what am I supposed to do with you right now? You've not been playing the game, how can I believe that you actively want the team that we are supposed to share to win?
Can you try?
And no don't claim if it's not mechanically useful, unless your strategy to help town is to get shot in place of someone more useful, anyway.

what do you think about the other people playing the game?
if you had a one shot cop item who would you use it on right now
if you had a vig who would you kill
if you need more guidance im willing to go for it! start here if you dont want to just roll over under this (kind of) pathetic pressure
schaz i really am not sure about you and voting on numbers isssss, hmm!
can you tell me like, who your suspecting here besides numbers? and also who you think could be allied with numbers?

that's probably unfair but i don't know, i don't like to say things i'm unsure about and then when i'm pressured to put something together it's also not any good, but since i'm not a particularly useful role i guess i've decided that yeah, rather than have people be mad at me for either doing things or not doing things, i'll just accept that if people want to lynch me i should just let it happen so people don't have to question it any more

Yes! Because if you have only posted once in the entire game, and then your only post was composed entirely of the safest possible things you could say, followed by a vote on someone who turned out to be town.
It still would have been fine if you'd ever followed it up with anything, including right now, but instead your only follow up posts have been begging for pity because it's hard to come up with original thoughts. That is not helpful for town either!
By not contributing you are actively making this worse for yourself and also (if you are town) the rest of your team, because it will become impossible for us to trust you.
I don't care if you are wrong, I have a 0% success rate myself so far, but you need to be talking and playing the game, otherwise how can I tell whose team you are on?
Tell me who we should kill if not you and why.
Rank the people who lynched aC (not including yourself) in terms of how much you trust them.
Give us literally anything at all to work with.

tehpilot and granola man look absolutely worst off, with granola being early on two non mafia lynches is extremely suspicious, while he kept a voice around in both cases it is definitely Of Note that he voted early and did not move off of either of them??? slorange and beru look almost as good as clear if nola is scum tbh
does anyone feel like tehpilot and aiery are aligned? the two of them both voting for me along with numbers yesterday makes me feel like only one of them can be scum tbh??? as targeted as i've made myself i feel like multiple scum trying to push for my lynch is a bit much

Shall we end this?
I moved my vote off a two/three person wagon onto a vote that's been sitting over softlynch for most of the day with only a few hours left after exhausting discussion topics. There's my rationale for that.
If x1372 is talking about my softclaiming, there's enough in there to figure out what I'm getting at.
I owe this thread a good reread with a couple of role flips and soft townfirms on the table.
In light of yesterday's flip I do feel marginally better about Solaris. Going to solidify my stance on them after a reread. At a minimum their posts got better after I threw out my vote on them in D2.
Vote: Airey. Also okay with a Numbers vote, but not going to think about committing to that until I've reread and have a better idea of how they associate with everyone else.
@RL: Coldblooded claimed to know Jac was targeted with a kill in the night. Not a hard townfirm, but it's pointing to the possibility of scum targeting them.

Airey - 2 (Solaris, TehPilot)
Robust Laser - 2 (Jacquerel, Numbers)
TehPilot - 1 (x1372)
Numbers - 1 (Schazer)
Abstaining - 11 (LordlyHour, Granolaman, Coldblooded, seedy, Palamedes, Robust Laser, SleepingOrange, Sai, Airey, Not The Author, beruru)
With 17 players alive it takes 9 votes to hard lynch, and 5 votes to soft lynch. Day ends in 106 hours, at 5pm CET on Thursday, September 13.

Sol, why are Jac and I both listed as green there rather than blue? Like even if you believe my claim 100%, there's still a small possibility that Jac was targeted by the SK and I fucked up bad. Or that he's the SK himself for that matter. I don't think this is the case, but I also don't want people misremembering my words and putting Jac down as confirmed town at lylo or something.
Also while I agree that Granola and Pilot aren't exactly cast in a favorable light based on the flips so far, I think there might still be a distinct possibility that the LQ lynch actually had no scum on it, because the mafia knew that it would likely go through anyway and that the D1 lynch would inevitably get voter analysed to hell and back again.
I mean, not to get all night kill psychologist in here, but if we assume that Reyweld and Jac were the mafia night kills on N1 and N2, then killing off your own smokescreen is kind of a gutsy move for scum if Solaris/Granola/Pilot is mafia, right? Like maybe ONE of them is scum, but two or three seems pretty doubtful. I'd rather pay attention to the players that have been sitting on one-off nowhere lynches all game tbh.
And to that effect:
Vote Airey

I don't like Laser at daystart, but I don't like Numbers' vote, but I don't like Schazer all of that much, amazing let's look at another target while I figure that out.
I don't like Airey, but I don't like Pilot either.
I guess on reading so far Laser's posts look fairly genuine now? I want to see them at least try to answer Solaris' questions, and if after pressure wears off they vanish again I'd vote for them in a heartbeat, but I almost think scum would be doing more with that many posts.
Schazer's post here looks better than previous days, definitely right about Numbers, but again I'm going to have to see some more of it before I feel good about them.
Solaris I get that beru and Slorange voted for granola yesterday but I don't know if I agree that they look good if he dies and is scum? Like honestly aC was pretty much a deadlock near the end and outside of Acio pushing the vote somewhere else I don't think any other votes have much weight to them. (Unless that read is based on more than votals.)
Pilot and Airey could be aligned in the same way that any two people I don't like could both potentially be scum. Again, with post above, their votes on you didn't really matter? I don't think all three are scum but two of them could easily have been throwing their votes there to look off (though I think Numbers is newer to the game and if that's true it'd more more likely that Airey/Pilot would be pulling that if there is any coalignment). Pilot's vote changes that a little but it's a pretty weak one.
tl;dr the way aC's wagon went down I don't think analysis is going to be super useful outside of the main wagon. Solaris' analysis there is pretty accurate.
Vote: Pilot is the only vote I feel more or less completely comfortable with right now.
What about the flip makes Solaris specifically look better?
