Oh, sorry this took a bit long. But yeah, I can’t really say anyone really strikes me as “off” and I certainly hope that it’s just everyone theorizing and such for the safety of the rest of us. I have a tendency to be very indecisive so I don’t think I’ll really come up with a good idea of who’s who. At least in this game day. But maybe in a little while I can provide some useful info.

I'd also like to hear some more from Coldblooded re: the current gamestate, her computer situation permitting - especially re: Palamedes as far as I know still having CSJ/Sunspider as high scum reads when she most recently said she doesn't get much of a coalignment vibe outta the two.

Oh right, and I don't like Sunspider's theorycrafting post on the CSJ/granola scumteam framing them because it feels both like hard deflection and an attempt to distance themselves from CSJ.

You're definitely right that I don't like Nola building lynch momentum against me for someone else's questionable behavior. Also, the gambit I mentioned is a common and effective scum tactic. If you're honestly arguing that me making small efforts to keep town from lynching people I know to be town (myself), and that pointing out common scum tactics for the newbies are both scummy behaviors now, I've got to ask you why the heck you think that.

Also, for what it's worth coming from me; if I was on a scumteam with CSJ, I'd have been shouting at them to cut out the buddying as soon as it started. I would not have let it keep going this long, as that's basically suicidal; when a player Role-Flips Scum, looking for the players they've been cozy with is Scum-Hunting 101. I'm not a Mafia master in the slightest, but I'm at least better than that.

This. I am seriously not a fan of all the early soft-claiming and showing-of-hands to the scumteam right now. But what's said is said, and we can work with it.

So, if I understand what people have said about night 1 actions:

- SinkingSailor died, presumably Mafiakilled since no one owned up to vig-killing them.
- Schazer was targeted by Someone, and had whatever they got out of their present stolen from them. No one claimed to have done this so far.
- Granolaman was targeted by Wheat and Cat, but they were redirected to Wheat.
- Pharmacy was targetting Wheat, and was joined by redirected players. They also claimed to get "some kind of joke item" after last night.
- a52 claims to have seen all these players target Wheat.
- Wheat is confused about whether or not their item was stolen for some reason, but corroborated a52's claim (Wheat's dog-emote wording is still confusing to me, so if they or someone else can clarify this, please do).

Rules Clarification Question for RobotNerd: Can a Mafia player nightkill someone and ALSO use an item or power? Can multiple items/powers be used per night?

Anyway, did I miss anything or mess up anything in this run-down of the night actions claimed so far?

So... Schaz had a thing that Wheat traded for a Bone, and the prevailing theory is someone put a redirect from Nercania to Wheat, and a bunch of people targetted Nercania for some reason? I don't get how Wheat claims to know N-O and Schaz had the same item, and I'm still a bit confused here.

I got a Toilet Paper Tube after unboxing (no use listed in description), and I received several Pogs in the night from someone (I'm presuming whoever is the 1990s). No idea what it's good for since GM said it would be added to the database. If anyone has a slammer, presumably we can play a rousing game of the classic 90s Tiddlywinks Remix everyone knows and loves.

I opened mine start of D1 and I'm sitting on an item that's useless unless friendly people want to give me their items, so that's fun.

In which case I guess that makes Cat the one-way busdriver, since Wheat presumably didn't one-way action-shunt to themselves and that's all the people a52 claims to have seen target Wheat.

Of course, it may be that a52 is a scum voyeur on a team with the scum half-a-busdriver and conveniently left them out of the equation to sow suspicion?

Also entirely possible a one-way busdriver is town, I guess. Though if a52 flips town I'd definitely get pretty suspicious of the busdriver (who I think process of elimination dictates is Cat).

If anyone is getting annoyed at me WORKING OUT ROLES IN PUBLIC because it might be ~helping the mafia~ let me know but since this is all public info I'm going off of and I think most folks in this game can put two and two together I don't think I'm saying anything the mafia wouldn't be able to work out in their own mafchat QT (which I presume is how mafchat is happening in this game, but I guess it could Be Weird) anyway.

I don't think I got a food item, but I did receive some items last night. One of which is a Spring, presumably Akumu's so that showing up makes sense. But unless the spring brought something over from Akumu's inventory I don't know how I'd've gotten my second item if I had a one-way redirect on me.

EG; guns generally need ammo so if mafia has ammo but no gun, they could steal from granola and get a double nk, stuff like that. Apparently, most items a junk but I bet that for a lot of them, there's stuff you can use to make them Not Junk.

s'not really a productive suspicion to chase down though because if he actually is a town watcher he's... probably not long for this world unless we have a helpful doctor or vestsmith or something (or scum try to wine it and a52 just gets a bunch more info to distribute, shrug)
