 Hasn't Bina been in the hospital for a few days?
 
 
 Based on the current rate, when is the storm predicted to completely subside?

		Is there a way for the Director to know when the storm will end?  Because that's apparently when all of this STARTS.

		The Director likely has picked up on some points Bina mentioned earlier: "Single fragment of time...There are many places like that now."
