The Hills Outside of Town

Looks like someone is sleeping outside tonight!

Let's hope it doesn't get too cold and clammy!

You start wondering, "what if there are random wandering cannibals out here? And they eat me?"

You look closely at every shadow, but you don't see any cannibals.

Well it might be time to go to sleep. There's no way you'll have food, but you can at least look for a dry place to sleep. You lie down on a tangled mass of vegetation that seems to keep some dirt above water level.

You're really thirsty, but you don't want to try this water. Not just yet, at least.

You drift off to an uneasy sleep.

Sometime later you wake up. You're pretty cold. Also the vegetation you're lying on is drifting. Well, whatever. Nothing to do now. You try to get back to sleep.

You're not sure if you're awake or asleep when you see the figure in the gray cloak leaning over you.

"YOU MUST STOP THE UNDEAD KING." he says.

"Wha-at?" you groan.

"YOU MUST COLLECT ALL THE BIRDS AND PRESENT THEM AT THE ANCIENT DRUID CIRCLE. THEN THE UNDEAD KING WILL CALL OFF HIS ARMIES. YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE BIRD. OTHERWISE THE UNDEAD KING WILL DESTROY THE TOWN."

"Uh ... uh."

You wake up. It is morning. You are still drifting on the vegetation. The water seems to be deeper in this area, and there are more living plants growing. You must be deeper in the Swamps, in an area that wasn't cut down for farmland.
