SpoilerHello! This sort of randomly sprung up here, didn't it? If you are reading this, then please, I would like for you to go click the "link to the first page on archive" link/button up there, and read the entire story before coming here, or if you are reading it in the future, read until you get to the page that is plastered above, and continue here, or, read it your own way, im a text, not a cop.
...You done reading? Im just gonna assume you are, and start explaining things about how this works now:
You, as a reader who is able to give commands, is known in the story as a "Voice Lord". The main character, Diana, can hear the voice lords, but only under certain conditions! Sadly, this seems to hurt her a lot when a lot of people start talking to her at once, so only four people should talk with "the lock", or as it is better known, quotation marks ( "" ) at once! And as the big reaper said, it's first come first serve on the "I wanna make Diana speak!" department!
Also, you should by now have picked up that when you are speaking to her in quotation marks, you are actually making her say what is inside the quotation marks! So if you wrote "My this is a smelly bum!" Then she would have to say that, since that is her lot in this existence! Now, on to explaining some more things that makes it a little easier for me:
- Normal Plain Text - Example: Hello, how are you feeling today? - This, you can shout as much as as you want, to whomever it may concern. With the lock, it means that the big one has given you a means to talk with your friends! Basically, talk without quotation marks to talk to other readers and forumites, so you can discuss what is going on without confusing me.

- Big Bolded Text - Example: I wonder why my text is so fat. - This is what I like to call "command" text, as it draws my eyes when I look for new commands to use in updates! I will look for this automatically when I am about to make updates, so if you want to grab my attention, bold the text!

- "Text in "quotation marks" or "talking talons"" - Example: "Hey you git! Listen to me!" - These are what the lock is! The " " is the lock! So talking with quotation marks is talking with the lock, and is the option of talking that has been "reserved for Diana", okay? Talk with quotation marks when you want to write out what Diana should say! So lets run down the list again:

- Hahahah dances! <== Is okay!
- I don't like any of you. <== Is okay!
- Why is everything so hard. <== Is okay!
- No, scratch that. <== Is okay!
- HEEEHEHEHE AWESOME <== Is okay!
- "Hey guys, why is everything so blurry?" <== Is talking with the lock! Think about what you write like this!!
