The Fortuna Rp (We''ll come up with a name eventually)

Being [cautious], the oomn didn't feel as if she were in the right position to steal anything from the spooper at the moment. There were a few things that held her up, one being the geckrechaun and gondii who could return at any moment and catch her in the act. If the geckrechaun caught her it could be even worse with her soon to be shoplifted candy still stored on her person. There was also the AI that the spooper seemed to be in association with, that made them a near constant witness on what the spooper was doing. Not to mention the possibility of someone walking into the store at any moment. The smartest option in her opinion would be to wait until the spooper left to go and gamble in the casino like they had apparently been planning to. That way she could blend into the crowd and have the robbery seem more accidental. Plus that way, if the spooper tried to enact vengeance on her while still in the casino, she would hopefully be quickly thrown out. This all seemed like a very logical course of action, the only problem was that she would have to go into an extremely loud, crowded, colorful, horrible place to execute this plan, not really her preferable haunt in all honesty.
She sighed at this prospect, and idly grabbed something off of the shelf she was standing next to, shoving it into her sweatshirt pocket with out a glance at what it even was. She had been told that since it was going to be rather difficult to steal something to pay for her way off the planet, she should get a few more items that she could sell off later while she was here. This seemed like a logical course of action, and by now, she didn't question the motive behind this insistent stealing.

[Thalia notices a shiny thing, and chases it.]
“Eeeeeeeeeee”

[The Gondii laughs, watching Thalia run around like an excited cat.]

Tonya nods at the Gondii's question, "Yeah! I'm just picking up some supplies and having a bit of fun before rushing off on this life threatening mission!"

Tonya brags to Gondii, "You know. Normal everyday stuff in the life of me. Tonya Falcon. Famous Racecar Driver, Bounty Hunter, Bird Tamer, Wheelie Master, and Navigator. I'm also a Captain!" Tonya attempts to flex even though they lack muscles.

Tonya continues regrettably, "Let's say you, me, and my A.I over there hit the casinos together and add 'Lucky' to my list of titles" Tonya attempts to use her psychic powers to make the glowing eye under her helmet wink at the Gondii. Though, it could be mistaken for a blink.

The oomn gave a fleeting look at the AI, who, in her opinion, was being much to loud and joyful and overall just too rowdy when there wasn't any clear thing to be happy about. She shook her head, dismissing the wild AI and moved a bit closer to the spooper and gondii as she mulled over what the spooper had just said. On one hand, the spooper being a supposed bounty hunter could pose a bit of a threat if she was caught in her thievery, but on the other hand, it would mean that spooper would probably do her a favor in ending her miserable life sooner. She was quietly told, though, that such negative thinking wasn't helping her self-esteem, plus she had already pulled of so many successful thefts, that the chances had to be very low that she would break that streak this time. This made the oomn feel a bit better, but not much, as she was, after all, still an oomn.

[The Gondii tilted her head to one side as she thought.]
[``Hmm...The names Felt, traveling Engineer.``]

Tonya holds out a claw in an attempt to offer a hand shake, "Pleasure to meet you Felt. Where you traveling to?" Tonya asks before abruptly turning her attention to the shop counter.

"Shoot, this shopkeeps taking their time! Maybe they're mad at me for my request..." Tonya taps her fingers on the countertop with a concerned tone of voice. She turns back to face Felt.

[``Anywhere and everywhere. Mostly I find spots on doomed crews heading to Fortuna and take my pay when they eventually wimp out``]

[``Who, Sal? Nah-theyre just forgetful. Can never remember where they keep everything.``]

[Thalia is running around. Still.]

[Felt notices the Oomns odd reactions too the AI, and makes a mental note of it. She takes little notice of the Oomns other actions, figuring she was just indecisive.]

[Felt looked at the charging AI and raised an eyebrow]

Tonya sound a little sullen and a tad professional as she tells Felt, "Then I'm sorry to say but we are headed there no matter what, Felty. If you decided to join up with us, I doubt we could pay you at this moment since I think I only have enough cash for rations and Gas."

Tonya lightens up a bit as she continues and reassures Felt. She raises a finger up to interject herself, "Buuut, I'm a very talented gambler which is why I'm here to quickly rake in some dough for the rest of the trip! These rich guys won't know what hit them!"

When Felt tells Tonya about Thalia. Tonya just sighs, "Darn it, I can never rely on Thalia here, but I feel that the ship would get lonely without her antics complimenting my own. We've been running on fumes since forever!

Tonya waves off Thalia's current state and assures Felt again about things. "Don't worry about her Felt, she's fine. But, I can't have her sitting here on her own when I finally get the supplies. My arms would right snap from carrying her and the stuff. Even if you don't join up, do you think you could at least help me keep an eye on her until shes charged up? Shouldn't take too long."

Tonya continues to not notice the Oomn. Tonya doesn't typically overlook things, but she doesn't think anyone would really steal from her. Better to try and keep everyone is a positive light until proven guilty.

[Felt thinks for a moment, idly tapping one claw.]

[``Ya know what-sure, I'll tag along.]

Tonya nods vigorously and happily, "Great! When we are all done here, you can nab your belongings and we can help load them onto the ship before heading out to go gamble with what little cash I have. Your room will be free and there should be plenty of space for your stuff. Don't worry about paperwork either. I don't do too much of it and Thalia doesn't like doing it." Tonya tells Felt, informing them about the ship and other small things before she looks back over the Shop counter with a bit more concern.

"Poor Sal, they must have forgotten my order or something. At this rate, I might just leave a note and head out to the Casinos to gather some sweet cash."
