sruix played antichamber and i enjoyed it vicariously through his experience. it was a fun time. i tried out a free trial of civilization beyond earth and it's just not alpha centauri :<

i am fine with this

I am also fine with this, though I will probably reverse my position in the morning.

I am silly and irresponsible when it comes to matters of taking vare if myself, it seems.

why does everyone want hot weather? hot weather is empirically terrible because unless you live in a country that's prepared for it by building buildings with air conditioning etc how does anybody actually cool down in this weather?

anyway here's sruix.

It is hot here. As mentioned, we do not have AC, but I have a sea. As in, the sea breeze, which kept me sane today at the bottom of the garden and whose absence now indoors at 2am is driving me insane, making me do things like organise a virtual conga line in the Post Making Contest. I do not like the heat one bit.

i spent time looking up the name of Manny's condition from that one episode of black books to try to make a joke but again the temperature is too high for me to make clever jokes

Ix has outlined their plan to keep me awake by passing the mantle of the next post back to me continuously.

This will fail come 2:30, at which point we will be forbidden from posting.
