kitet audio vomit

so i looked at the numbers and i've been trying to learn how to music for A Long Time but i never learned anything so far
i made a soundcloud like 8 months ago apparently, been posting stuff to it a few times a month and not ever getting better

anyway i know probably a bunch of you don't have soundcloud and thus can't follow me- even then why would you want to, i'd just clog your stream with stuff like this

i mean i guess i've been doing that same thing but with my art and after ~17 years i'm just kinda okay at it

i guess i have that much time to work on music, too.

also i just realized i can embed soundcloud stuff in forum posts so i'll do that from now on

cool tip: the trick to music is to not work on a thing for more than half an hour, then lump it in with some other things that also took less than half an hour

i made two nice bass loops and then screamed and smashed a drumset

i found the mother 3 soundfont



okay but that's actually why this sounds good. for some reason, the "percussion" section of the soundfont is filled with stuff like guitar chords and, small chunks of the backbeats of various in-game songs which i think they just strung together in a single channel...?
my point is this was all made with the drumkit instrument lol
