SpoilerWell according to wikipedia "the risks of electronic cigarette use are uncertain" so i certainly do not recommend it for non-smokers, however it is great alternative for regular smokers looking to quit or reduce the amount of smoking. It worked for me, the heavy lungs feeling is gone and it's really pleasant to not smell like cigarettes, the big downside is that it makes you look like a tool if you use them in public, the "vaping community" doesn't fucking help with that at all.

Like Ben said, nicotine-free fluid exists although i have no idea about their taste/if they're addictive since i've only used the ones that do have nicotine; it's not quite the same as having a regular smoke but it helps ease the craving, eventually the cravings for regular tobacco died out for me.

As for taste they're really sweet no matter the flavor (even red-bull, which tastes terrible in my opinion). I mostly use Ice-Mint but i occasionally get sweet ones like strawberry or grapefruit and combine it with mint.

I really can't give you advice regarding pricing/where to buy for obvious geographical reasons.
