Steam Summer Giveaway 2014

So, as most of you probably aren't aware, Palamedes and I are currently running a game giveaway thread over on the other OTHER forum. (You know, the one with the black color scheme instead of the gray or the white one? Yeah, that one.) Basically the idea is that we buy games when they're on sale for super cheap on Steam, and then we just throw 'em all in a pile and sort it out so that everybody gets something new.
But apparently I severely underestimated the generosity of some of our donors, because there's currently way more games up for grabs than there are people actually signing up to receive them. I mean, this originally started out as a much smaller thing, but I guess it just decided to roll itself into a big, multi-forum giveaway all on its own? Okay whatever, I'll roll with it.
Anyway, it works like this. You sign up for this game and then come back to poke your head into the thread every few days for the next month or so, and in return you get a free game on Steam, no strings attached. We're going to be cross-posting everything that happens on the Choco Pi Forums over here and vice versa, so you won't even have to sign up for a new forum account or anything. You will have to have a Steam account though, obviously.

The Rules: Every single game up for grabs will be revealed right at the very beginning of the game. (Or a bit before, more likely.) Every player is then given 100 points to divide among whichever games that they like best. After everybody has distributed their points, we will then determine the winners of the four most popular games currently on the table. The more points that somebody has placed into a game, the better their odds of walking away with it.

By the way, if you're one of those people who tend to feel guilty accepting things for free, please don't. I can promise you that if you don't take it, the game will likely just end up sitting around unplayed in somebody's Steam inventory for the indefinite future. So really there's no reason to not sign up. Plus, something about the strengthening of inter-forum bonds and alliances to protect us from 4chan invaders and all that jazz.
P.S. Special thanks to Palamedes, Kocel, Demonsul, Amosmyn, and Vancho for their game donations, and for helping to get this thing off the ground. You guys are great.
