whoops sorry the bloodstained wooden rectangular object is actually supposed to be a desk upturned onto its side and i've only just realized that's not really obvious looking at the picture.

Your first instinct upon surveying the scene is to pretend none of this is happening and that it's no big deal. All that blood could have gotten there any number of ways, it'd be kind of silly to jump to any conclusions about murders or monsters. You don't believe in all that stuff. Well, um you do believe in murders but, well you know what you mean. Even with such sturdy denial in place it's a little difficult to tear your eyes from the blood, and as such you reach behind you to try the door. It refuses to budge.



Eventually you manage to tear your gaze away and turn your attention to this extremely inconsiderate door. Your first observation is that it is thick and metal and kind of incongruous. It would look more at home in a military bunker somewhere rather than a schoolroom. There's no obvious mechanism in place to open the door and you have to wonder if there is a reason for the high security. Your imagination immediately throws up a couple of scenarios and you quickly decide to forego speculation entirely. You do however notice a combination lock built into the door itself. There's space for four digits.

Not saying that this whole thing is kind of horrifying or anything but maybe it might be sensible to check in with the police round about now.



You fish your phone from your pockets but you have no signal whatsoever. No wifi either. At this point it's hardly surprising.

Such a good use of your time. As fun and useful as that was though, you don't really see a good reason to carry these things around with you.

Take a look at that overturned chair.

The chair was probably tipped over in the same incident that upturned the desk, bin and drawers. You figure maybe someone had made some really delicious looking bacon sandwiches and there was a stampede to get hold of them, and that's why there's all that what is obviously ketchup all over the desk. Yeah you're not really convincing yourself of this one, but you are making yourself kind of hungry. With regard to the chair there's a green cushion resting on it and that's really all there is to say about it.

It's another fascinating piece of chalk. This one is grey.

After a cursory examination you flick what you believe to be the on switch. Nothing. After a more thorough examination you determine that the TV is lacking a power cable, as is the um... betamax player (?) that's hooked up to it. You press eject on the betamax player and a cassette slot slides out, but it's empty.



You hear a noise, like a soft grunt, coming from the back of the room.



You glance over to see a cheerleader asleep at one of the desks. Oh that's just great. As if this situation wasn't bad enough already.
