'aight so I guess I have to lay down some extra rules so the entire thing isn't run over with legendary dragons:
ONLY ONE LEGENDARY PER TEAM IF IT IS AVAILABLE TO YOU.
That means only one (count 'em) one legendary OU or lower per team. You all have choices from your types that don't rely on legendary stats, Use Them.
