Casual Character Concept Collection

The following is a character I've wanted to write for for a while, but it would be a really difficult task. For one, it's not very GB friendly.

Name: Azeriasa
Race: Witch
Gender: Female pronouns
Color: wispy, smoke-ish, purple
Description: Azeriasa is a witch. No, not the human kind, the eldritch abomination kind. Well okay I guess she's kind of humanoid, but still pretty far from it. She takes on a shadowy, wispy, form that seems like you can just barely touch it, but then your hand goes right through her and now it's all cold and slimy. Gross.
Her body takes on a mostly humanoid form, but with no details. She can float and all, which is pretty cool. Her body can't actually be harmed in any way, though, due to it being made of intangible shadows. Somehow. She is somewhat flighty, but also down-to-earth. She can be pissy sometimes, when she's not being glum or elated. Which she is depends on the time of the day. And the temperature. And whatever she feels like blaming for her mood shifts. Yes, her mood does indeed shift, and fast, like maybe every 5 seconds. It can be difficult to get a grip on what Azeriasa is saying most of the time, but that's because she isn't actually one person. She is more of... a mixture of ideas and emotions. Specifically, the ideas and emotions of the people surrounding her. They don't always exactly reflect how the people act, but they do reflect their subconscious. Long story. Speaking of which...

Items/Abilities: Her corporeal-ish form is not the only part of her. She also exists on everybody's subconscious levels. She's a subconscious wanderer, but nobody is capable of recognizing her presence. Actually, she's just as incorporeal on the subconscious level. She can, however, mess with people's subconsciousnesses, like giving them an abnormal fear or desire to do something. She works so subtly that the victim will never realize that they have changed.

Back to Description: On the subconscious level, she is actually very mild and very obtuse. She likes to speak in riddles, although her victims won't talk back or even be aware of her, so her personality may not come in play much, except for when her victims are dreaming. This part is the only stable part of her personality, everything else depends entirely on the person whose subconscious she is invading. She might appear as an evil teacher in a tormented high school student's minds, or as a talking banana in a very silly girl's dreams. It is important to note that she is capable of entering the conscious and directly talking with people, but she will never do so.

Biography: Nobody is quite sure exactly where she came from. In fact, very few people even know of her existence. She only chooses to appear in the real world when she wants to. Or when a Grandmaster forces her to appear.

tl;dr: A girl who manifests in the physical plane as a blurry ghost chick with mood swings, but is actually present in everybody's subconscious. From there, she can tweak stuff and change their behavior.
