SpoilerI don't think this is quite a question of fight or flight, though an escape path is open: if we don't take moves to reduce the damage Echo is about to deal, some of us are probably going to die. I know Nos sure will!

Anyway, I think really we have two options here: either focus literally everything on Echo and hope that somehow that's enough to get through her defenses and bloated Hp to make Psych retreat, or kill some of those NPCs to cripple Echo's fighting force a bit before we ourselves beat a hasty retreat. What do you folks think?
