"I didn't even know I was hungry" (The Food Appreciation Thread)

I'm not sure if I actually enjoy the bell peppers as a part of the dish, or just the smell while it's cooking. Regardless the taste blends with the sausage pretty well, and it doesn't affect the kraut in any negative way.

I'd recommend giving it a try if you ever have it again in the near future.
