Description: Eiko's parents had split up only a few years after her birth. Dad used to be in the military, but left in order to help take care of her. Then Mom left, and pursued a career in technology, although Eiko doesn't know exactly what she's doing, just that she's doing it far away. Every few months she shows up and visits, drops off some money, and leaves again. Dad always taught her to be strong, stoic, and fight for what she believes in. She, as a result, tends to be fairly quiet, in an odd attempt to not show weakness, but is pretty loud and willing to express herself when she disagrees with something.
Lately, Dad's not been doing so well. The bills keep coming in, his savings have been drying up, and his health has been in decline. Eiko been balancing school, a part time job to try and help with the money issue herself, and taking care of Dad, but it's tough.
Appearance: Eiko has fairly short blonde hair she ties up in messy pigtails. She usually wears a green zip-up sweater and a plain black skirt, and sneakers. The usual look on her face is a bit serious, but if you take a better look she'll totally notice and try to hide how she's actually really nervous about this weirdo looking at her face. But she's a bit socially nervous in general anyways.
Costume: Sorta army inspired. There’s a short sleeved army green shirt with pairs of buttons running down the front, and a gold three tiered chevron on her right side, with white trim at the base of the shirt and sleeves. Elbow length fingerless gloves share the same green with white trim. A sort of flared kinda skirt is mostly white with a green trim, cut away in front under which is another, simpler skirt, with buttons on the right side keeping it done up. A lighter green color in long socks that go beyond the skirt, and army boots, with green ribbons tied behind them. Covering her mouth and shoulders is a scarf, with the same chevrons on both ends, and on near the front. The scarf is capped with metal, and she has metal shoulderpads, and greaves. She has a medal pinned to her chest, with a white ribbon with a red dot attached to it. It is unlabeled.
Big ribbon tied around her waist in a bow from her back. Also ribbons tying up her pigtails. All ribbons are the same army green.
Has an army rifle with a fairly large bayonet attached to the end. Somehow she pulls this whole thing outta her scarf.
Power: Living Shadow - Eiko can control her shadow independently of herself with concentration. She can see and hear from her detached shadow, and can exert limited control or movement over other things that cast a shadow. This does take concentration, and while she can multitask a bit, with like, talking to people nearby, any significant loss of concentration will have her shadow "snap back" to her.
