One swing. Before the storm truly begins, you'll sever the whirl and the Demon in one swing.



You swing is resisted by the billowing winds. Resisted, but not stopped. The blade makes its way to the center.



And stops there.



You press the blade. You'll destroy this wind yet.

Tendrils of the whirlwind fly outwards.

They spin and wrap your blade.



You blade is the new focus of the spinning black winds. You struggle to rip your blade free.



you lose that struggle.



violently, the Demon swings the winds, and your blade, away.



The winds die part way through. You realize that the Demon was struggling to handle your weapon.



It lands back onto the bridge over abyss. Lucky.



The Demon slips out of his trickling storm. It seems this cut was not worthless. It's weakened.
