She shakes your hand as you're getting up and tells you her name is Jennifer. As you grab her familiar yet unfamiliar hand, it suddenly strikes you that you have not even seen her in person in almost 3 years, and she isn't even aware of it.



She says she's the new receptionist at the front desk and she's supposed to say hi to everyone. She asks what your name is. Not wanting to blow your cover, you say your name is Josh.

Josh Steel.

Alright it's decided probably change your name in the future to that.



Oh okay she just has to do the thing where she tilts her head hnnngh



She turns around to leave and tells you she'll see you later. Another familiar sight that you really would not like to see at this time.



"Wait!"





Do...do you need me to show you around the office?







"I'll be fine."





You suddenly realize that this is going to be really hard. Not because it will be difficult to get her to join you in taking down the company, but that it's difficult to be within five feet of her without completely revealing who you are.

SpoilerI promise not to derail from Ted's quest to destroy his office, and I absolutely promise the romantic subplot won't put a dent in that, the awesome story and action we're going to be getting into, and the shenanigans and ridiculousness Ted and Jennifer tend to fall in. Especially the action: You'll be seeing Jennifer get into that as much as Ted will. It's simply to make things more interesting as characters. All of this is merely the set up. We'll be getting into the juices of the whole thing soon.
