I am actually down with lynching a lurker (or CC because that is a thing that we still need to do one of these days) D1 just to get things moving but at the same time I REALLY want to see some of the more active people hang, too
if it comes down to "speedlynch lurker" against "Speedlynch an active" I say we speedlynch the lurker, but until then my vote stays firmly on 2create
