Nathan sat down next to Aeon, greedily inhaling the soup, using one arm to hold the bowl and pour the soup down his throat. After finishing, he let out a sigh of content and then turned to Aeon, still eating his. " Um, thank you," Nathan said, a bit embarrassed at his poor manners.
"Not a problem," Aeon replied, still calmly eating. As Nathan awkwardly waited, he began playing with the knife Aeon gave him, scratching against the floor to make a few marks. As he did so, it made a screeching noise.
"Stop that. It's annoying." Aeon said, now finished. Nathan, embarrassed, put down the knife, and sat for a while longer.
"Uh, Aeon? You said you found a loophole in the rules that your weapon adhered to? And that I could do the same? What, exactly, did you mean by that?" Nathan asked timidly, fearing that he had asked a question that he shouldn't of asked.
