Jordan saw the fire spreading further, and shook his head. He slowly stood up and nodded at Hatman, "We should go... now."
"Yeah, let's," he replied.
The two kept walking forward without paying attention. "Do you know where the others went?" he asked with a yawn.
"No. Do you?" Hatman laughed.
Jordan said with a sigh, "No."
Soon, they were talking about the other contestants and lost track of time.
"I wonder who's going t-" Jordan stopped at mid sentence. He saw the trees in front of him on fire. "Uh, wasn't the fire behind us?"
"Hm, I suppose we walked around in a big half-circle."
"I... guess we did," he shrugged.
The pair turned their backs on the fire and walked. This time, they paid more attention and made sure that the fire was directly behind them each time they walked several meters.
Before they knew it, there was a large clearing with a shack in the middle of it in front of the two. As soon as Jordan saw the scarecrow near the window, he cowered behind some trees. Hatman continued to watch the abandoned house without paying too much attention to Jordan.
