Yeah, if at some point in the future I do another ridiculous game that aspires to something resembling balance, and I can't think of scum roles that are ridiculous enough, then I'll start all the scum off with oneshots or something.
In the more immediate term, however, I'm going to work on a new Jester Mafia and forget that balance even exists.
