It's more a reflection of the genuine emotions that come out when someone who maybe likes you doesn't respond to your text messages!

You get all worried, You think "does she suddenly not like me anymore?" "What did I do?" Then your worry turns to frustration which turns to anger. "Whatever! I don't even want to hang out anymore." (when you really really do)

Also I do happen to have a friend named brian, who will go with me to things. He's a nice guy.

And then she texts you back and all is forgiven.
