oh boy it's time!
Doctor and Belinda still need to visit a few more random locations to triangulate the path to May 24th 2025!
This time they go to the future circa the year 500,000!

The tardis has parked itself in a Trooper's spaceship, directly in the middle of the trooper's space jump mission! Doctor and Belinda immediately exit the Tardis and fall down to the planet below along with the trooper team.
Trooper Boss: who are you!
Doctor: Psychic Paper! (this is a fancy gadget the doctor uses every now and then which is psychic paper that displays fake IDs. It has like a 50% success rate but it works this time)
Trooper Boss: oh, you are military boss that outranks me and you are inspecting us? okay!
Doctor: yes that's right. Now pretend I don't know what's going on and tell me what's going on!
Trooper Boss: We are investigating that mining colony over there because we lost contact 15 days ago.
then they go to the base and there's a mystery and a scary monster and it's cool
do people care about spoilers?
if they read my reviews they probably don't

it's a plot twist, this episode is a sequel to an episode from 15 years ago
it's a sequel to
midnight!!!!! the episode from 15 years ago in which the doctor gets on a bus on a shiny planet full of deadly radiation where no life could exist... and then some life exists and scares the doctor and the audience and is very creepy
Overall Review:
Main Villain: The midnight entity
it's back and this time it has a new MO (modus operandi) (method of operation) (way to kill people)
back in the day it would just paralyze people steal their voice and stir up paranoia and get people to turn on each other
but now that it's been 400,000 years, it's got a new trick
it can kill you by picking you up and yeeting you at the wall really hard
specifically, it picks a "host" and hides behind them, always. If you go behind the host, you get killed, but there is an observer and it matters the direction you are facing, Kinda complicated!
fortunately, they manage to escape the mining colony and leave the monster behind! The monster isn't behind any of their backs... right?
Deaths: 34 colonists, 7 troopers
Births: none
Birthrate: negative 41
Moral of the story: Trooper Boss said Thank You to one of the Trooper Minions. Being polite is very nice, so good job! Sometimes the moral of the story can be about something nice that someone did instead of something foolish that someone did!
Overall Rating: 9.15/10
I like episodes where there is a scary monster that does something cool and there's like a mystery and stuff!
Also, fun fact: the monster's name is non applicable. The credits of the episode call it "It Has No Name"
