so if you take a pvc pipe, tape up both of the ends, take a shop vac to the pipe with a preinstalled valve, and draw a vacuum on the entire tube, and poke a little hole in one end of the tape, the air shoots out at super speed because of constant pressure, right?
then how come if you only turn on the vacuum a little bit the air doesn't shoot out at super speed? who is stealing the vacuum pressure?
