Nessa Sly, the CEO of AXSIS, is a figure shrouded in mystery, despite what her public persona would suggest. Very little is known about her history; in fact, there are no records of her dating to before the founding of AXSIS at all.

As CEO of AXSIS since its founding, Nessa Sly has directed it from a humble software company to a worldwide megaconglomerate, culminating in AXSIS ConvenienceWeek, which handed her de facto control over governments the world over.

Nessa Sly rarely appears in public except in tightly-controlled pre-scripted events, such as product announcements or award ceremonies with no live audiences.
