Green Slimerat Poison... that's powerful stuff, once it gets in the Blood. Makes folks Go All Loopy, then Knocks 'em Out for a while. She'll sleep it off okay. Might be silly for a bit once she wakes up, but shouldn't be any worse for wear.

Guess we oughta thank our Lucky Stars you ended that fight pretty quick, once your Pawn got scratched. And thank 'em again that you made a Friend who was willing to take care of her while y'all were unconscious, eh?

If nothing else, suppose you've proved you got the wits to Survive. So maybe it's time to explain why I sent you into the "Bigg City" Crawl in the first place. Granted, I only get so much bandwidth through these Horned Statues, and I gotta save some juice in case your Pawn wants to pray for a boon after we're done... so I gotta be brief. There's also a lot I ain't really supposed to explain, on account of "Enhanced levels of Self-Awareness being detrimental to a Chorus' ability to focus on their primary directives" and all that crap. But if I'm being honest, I can't be arsed at this point. Taking care of the Mystery Master of this Crawl has been a real pain, and I'm ready to bend the rules a bit, if it means we can finally shut Bigg City down.

So, how about it? When your Pawn wakes up, have her make an Offering and a Prayer to this Statue. I might be able to make things a little easier for y'all, if she does.

For now, though... why don't you ask me some Questions. I got my limits, but I'll answer 'em as best I can. After all, you and I got ourselves a job to do in this Crawl.
