Seven-Speared Hound

-Documentation suggests the facility was in the process of conducting research on this anomaly, and was unable/unwilling to finish.
-Uninformed hunch: Research was cancelled/stalled prior to the facilities current status, see 6.
-Speculation: 'O' refers to the anomaly being an object or activation required class; in this case being the spears.
-Speculation: If the O is indeed referring to the anomalies as an object or activation required class, the green indicates a standard anomaly, that being the canine.
-Check/Cross symbol uncertain, χ?
-Hunch: Refers to one part of the contained objects/entity being anomalous; if so then I suspect the spears are anomalous, and the canine non-anomalous. Or at least was prior to testing.
-Wild, highly unverified speculation: Spears possess anomalous necromantic properties, of unknown potency and side effect. Possibility canine is 'playing dead', and is awaiting the possibility of engaging the living. Or waiting for the seventh spear to be used.

Conclusion: Inform the others that using the spear is liable (but not guaranteed) to encrue a deleterious event. E.G. the facility being set on fire in the resulting chaos. General usage may-or-may-not result in anomalous events, but attempting to use the spear on the canine is certain to trigger something unfortunate that may result in one or more unneccessary deaths.
Secondary conclusion: In the event a hasty escape is required and/or inducing chaos would outweigh the immediate consequences of not doing so, remember this anomaly.
