THE GRAMMAR LOCK

Came up with a relatively nasty ruleset, and in the spirit of making people attempt to guess things, let's get this going real quick.

Hints and Notes:

• The name is a hint.
  
• There are four rules.
  
• The first and fourth rule are composed of various sub-rules and completion of these individual sub-rules will be noted.
  
• The first rule must be achieved before rules 2 and 3 can be achieved.
  
• Portions of the fourth rule can be achieved as portions of the first rule are achieved, but to complete the entirety of the fourth rule, one must also have entirely completed the first rule. It will also be noted when a rule is partially or fully achieved.
  

Gonna go to bed, and then go to work, so it'll be a bit before I can start judging rules, but this should get you started.
