When do these games usually start? I just wanna make sure I’ll be able to get here in time.

Once sign-ups calm down and I have all the roles settled. I will provide at least a week's notice or so once a start day is determined. Past Mafias have gotten to roughly the 20-ish player range, so I'm waiting to see how close to that we get.

You don't need to worry about being online when the game exactly starts: days are long enough that as long as you can check in and read up, you should be fine.
