Hi, I am a talking cup of coffee, unrelated to any other you may have seen.
One of the little known important benefits of breakfast is that chewing helps you wake up faster, accordingly setting a good pace to head to sleep earlier, according to Stanford Professor Emeritus Seiji Nishino’s 2017 bestseller The Stanford Method for Ultimate Sound Sleep, which as far as I know has not been released in English and I only read the TOC roughly in what isn’t my first language.
Protein is regarded as an important start to the day in terms of brain and muscular agility, hence bacon as a breakfast food is pretty brilliant, even if it’s not real bacon. Eggs also good, but not chewy. The carbs and sugar... you can probably leave for later.
Or don’t. I am the fourth talking cup of coffee you’ve had in the past five minutes.

sea had swallowed all. A lazy curtain of dust was wafting out to sea
