PAUL, FROM SALES, steps up to the projector area of the complex, turns it on, first slide:
WHY I DID THE THING
--------------------------------------
It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a man in possession of a good daykill, must be in want of a target.
--------------------------------------
When casting my gaze across YE LISTE OF PLAYERS I settled on Schaz mostly because they hadn't posted at all for 2 days and were well and truly in The Lurker Zone, so a solid 50/50 chance of being scum or town in my book. I didn't post seeking answers from them because well, they hadn't posted at all since the game started and I wasn't expecting a response if I did
And as they were solidly in The Lurker Zone I figured that either we'd have to vig or lynch them at some point anyway (if my daykill killed them), or they would survive the daykill and perhaps be spurred into actually posting and doing things by losing a life.
Turns out both were true! Which is a shame, because active schaz is fun to mafia with.
and I mean sure, it's theoretically possible Schaz would've picked up in activity on some later day, but I had a daykill today and I felt it'd me more productive to Solve that slot than have people go 'what about this slot' for another couple days.
I'm not going to lie the ersatz granola motivation was Real, too.
Seedy's response is good and pretty much what I'd expect from a town or a scum seedy which, doesn't actually help my being worried about scum!seedy much but is probably enough that I don't wanna lynch her today unvote
before I cast my next vote, I'd like to hear from Wheat as to who they think we should actually *lynch* today, because at least from what I can remember of their posts they've just been busy peddling a schaz-dini conspiracy theory and also a side Sunspider conspiracy theory (that one could actually be true, but judging from the conspiracy theory track record this game so far I'm not convinced).
Reecer6: the child reference was about wheat, whose role is that they are the CEO's child, because they themselves mentioned that they are Garbage At The Midgame in an earlier post
