So I subscribe to the theory that a52 is a mimic (as others have suspected), but it's interesting because while the "Diseased" condition appeared on both players, Palamedes was a Spezier "cult" member, and a52 got one of Myeth's roles. Interestingly, the "Arlene" role seems to have originally been Palamedes's, but seems to have moved to Dini? Maybe? This is kind of guessing on my end based on some Myeth posts.
I also subscribe to Wheat's theory that Sunspider is a Cultist and a Blocker as opposed to a CultistBlocker-- they're seemingly not in a position to lie, and the past evidence of Sunspider's soft-claims is solid.
All that being said, it makes no sense to me to lynch Sunspider. Since RechargingTanker means that they're likely to have at least one extra life right now (with presumably more if they aren't hit with multiple kills at once), and Beloved-Princess really not helping, I'm somewhat open to the idea of not going after them immediately if there seem to be more pertinent threats if only because the resources required to off them seem obnoxious. I'm guessing Sunspider's Survivor claim is a half-truth, and that they need to survive for some other condition to happen.
As an aside, are there like a billion marker-esque third parties and extra lives in this game??? We've got the Spezi thing, Solaris's curse thing, Sunspider's possible cult, the Diseased condition, Myeth's cast of Garfield characters, the stumps thing...
