RE: The Wander Island Incident - Day One: Incident Report

Hey, catching up. I'm making this as I go.
Not partnered means not knowing that they are teammates, yeah, and I think that's the easiest thing to try to get a read on early as opposed to actually Town v Mafia. It's just based on how Q replied to Granola's vote, and it's the sort of thing I try to look for in general. It's not a strong read, just the only content that I had that was actually mafia related by that point.
Not gonna spend too long on meta here, but I've always hunted by finding townies or people that aren't on a team together and then gone for scum by PoE. I'll typically be down to lynch whoever's not on my safe list unless I've noticed something egregious.
I don't like this post. Moreso than the complaining about D1 non-posting.

Adding a break since this isn't addressing a quote exactly, but I'm in the 'almost always lynch' camp, including/especially D1. Again, not going to go too much into it, but the lynch is our best info tool and only reliable weapon, so any sort of not-lynch (almost ever) is essentially just trying to lean on powers, which isn't mafia.
Really big disagree here with Slorange / awkward carapace, but I think that's just a gameplay disagreement rather than them being scum.
Do you just expect more out of Q?
I like that post more than nola's, since it actually lists why they're giving Numbers a pass.
I'm going to Vote: Schazer for now, actually, but I'm going to do one more pass of the thread.

What makes you think that so early?
But I also kind of want to bring attention to this! Because yeah, that's a weird thing to say as early as page 3!
So lets clarify, Vote: Sai, what do you mean by this? Does 'not partnered' mean non-aligned or something? What's the logic here?

Currently feeling slightly iffy about you Coldblooded and Granola. Take that for what you will.

no thanks because you think everyone will be like " yeah na" and lynch you instead or because you are scared to hit town and then get lynched for a bad call/suspected of scum?
right now i doubt we will hit hard lynch for d1 and the soft lynch will be the factor. it would be bad if we go without a lynch d1.

I totally forgot that at some point I had changed my vote to Sai, thought I still was on Justice Watch. Hwuugh I'm stupid. That's why you guys were so confused by that unvote.
Let me go back to Vote: Sai because I personally still want an answer on that weird comment of theirs and their silence is bugging me a bit now.

Vote: LegendaryQ I'm of the opinion that recommending a lurker lynch late into a slow D1 is looking for a low information death to kick the game off. While we've heard plenty from the school of thought that D1 is a drag, I'm more than happy to go with a more aggressive D1 lynch if it means there are more sophisticated thoughts and more interaction surrounding it, which means we can get more information out of it.
As far as I am concerned, a D1 lurker is little/no information worthwhile gained. Not thrilled with the vote direction presented by lQ so that's where I'm parking my vote for now (today?).
Numbers' early play isn't thrilling me either but I feel it's general nervous first time play over any particular town/scum inclined first time play. I'm willing to re-evaluate it tomorrow when more information comes to light and we see more play from them. In the same vein: interested to see how Airey, Schazer, and Robust Laser do early tomorrow. Airey is shitposting, Schazer is very mechanical, RL's post #155 gave me the yike (singular).
No other major standouts in the negative opinion direction at the time of writing.
