It is indeed just called "The baby making machine." Notails do not name anything creatively because it's a waste of time. (and they are also bad at naming things.)

It could be called the BMM but then people would have to ask what BMM stands for and all that nonsense, and to notails that just wastes time, it would be quicker to call it by what it is so they just call it as such.
