The game would act like a normal game, it'd just lag. Considering that Fortuna appears to be atleast a semi 2d game it's unlikely to be visually taxing so I say that most modern computers from when/where ever You is from can run it just fine.

Yeah I was wondering about that. A Universe sim would be a really heavy game, so wouldn't it being online-only (like the new Sim City) make more sense, so it can run from a server farm? I can't imagine a scenario where people have such advanced computers that still use monitors and keyboards and mice
