that creates salt, on an open burn wound. salt also dehydrates.
more advisable would be to run just above room temperature water in a shower.
while technically yes you could introduce baking soda to counteract the acid you probably shouldn't do that here (it could work, but it's tricky and I'm not that knowledgeable on the theoretical treatment of acidic wounds)
