Since there seems need to be clarification here, "more than" is the part that makes it 5, not 4.

- Softlynch: If someone has received more than 20% (rounded up) of the available vote and holds a plurality of votes when day ends naturally, then they die, and are removed from game.

I guess the "(rounded up)" bit is redundant though.
