Regarding TreesTrees are natural machines. They are towers of plastic material similar to stone called "wood." Inside the wood are numerous narrow tubes that force the water to flow up the tower. There are thin circular films filled with tubes called "leaves" near the top of the tree where it captures the energy from the sun, making water evaporate, creating a vacuum that sucks water up the tubes and water soaked in the soil. The energy from the sun also makes minerals and chemicals dissolved in the water to react, creating more "wood" which is then moved to places that need repair or those that can be extended to make the tree taller or sturdier.

A "tree" can of course do more than just that. It's the simplest description I can make about trees.
