One of them is heir to a drinking straw fortune. Turns out drinking straws are serious money.
One of them is a clone, raised by a single parent (their genetic donor) who was infertile and uninterested in romantic relationships.
One of them is openly and unambiguously the avatar of a powerful deity, but they're pretty cool about it. Most of the time.
One of them was born and raised in the future, and was sent back in time to the present at the age of 6-and-a-half.
One of them collects stamps.
EDIT: Also they all like to sing in harmony together. They're extremely good. Everyone says they should take it professional, but they all prefer it as just a hobby.
