I agree that sending the cats all over the place in a blimp is suddenly a more dangerous plan then before and that maybe we should reconsider.
I also agree that we need more information about the other TCPs in the game. How they've been treated will tell us a lot, and so will what their types are. I don't know how we can find that out short of sending our TCPs to meet them.

I don't agree with death penalties for anyone, even murderers. But that's neither here nor there.
