Rag doll front-manchira.
A bit 'loud' (by chira standards) and confident on stage, meeker, quieter, and more inclined to stay next to their friends off-stage, a kind friend either way.
The band has a song about the group's origin; a story of a handful of chira performers who one day found themselves in an arena, tasked with playing the best song in the world. If they fail, they will never play, or indeed, do anything again.
"Okay"
And so they did.
It was the best song ever played, possibly the greatest in the universe.
Not that anyone in the crowd would know, as, alas, it was played too quietly for any of them up there to hear.
And without another sound, those chira were silenced.

As everyone left, a button-eyed chira and their friends climbed from the edge of the arena they were listening from.
And as the button-eyed took on the these humble, common chira swore to take on the performers' legacy, to follow in their footsteps.

The veracity of this story is dubious, but cannot be verified one way or the other. The existence of the original performers, let alone their identities, cannot be confirmed, although the arena in the song was a major feature of the band's hometown. It is confirmed that the band was together before the official founding, there is nothing on where the band got the instruments. It can't be ruled out that witnesses who know the truth, one way or the other, are keeping it secret to preserve the mystery.
