Typically, no, however when the internal temperature of a human reaches 21 degrees celcius or less, they are likely to die of the cold and will become frozen meat in their current environment.

Hmm, a good match up. While pizza is more versatile with techniques from all 4 food groups, pinapple has excellent defense stats and secret moves. However, I'm going to have to say pizza- after defeating any pineapple once, it will absorb some of the fruit's powers and win all future fights (with pineapple).
