SpoilerYou should be totally fine with larger images. Color count is a major part of how large the filesize of an image is, and you've only got 256 colors in each at a maximum (because any anti-aliasing will result in shades of gray, it's going to be more than 2). That, already, makes any uncompressed image a quarter of the filesize you would get from a color photograph.

Further, PNG compression includes the ability to reference previous parts of the image which were identical in order to save space. Considering that most of the image is repeating the same color pixels, file size should also be scaling slowly.

Also, maybe check out the SVG/SVGZ format? It's a vector format, so all image sizes would take up the same space.

I don't think we're all the same species, or even genus, but we're definitely 100% for sure all in the same family: Accipitridae That's the one with the hawks, raptors, eagles, harriers and kites.

We go with different names for different masters. We do have a real name, but I don't think we ever give that one out.
