Derrick: Why don't you combine one of the hats with another thing that has an area of effect, like a lamp? Just make the anti-psychic effect of the hat apply to the thing that envelops an area, such as the light from a lamp in this example

You both store your newly created items in your inventories.

You remove PANIC BUTTON from your inventory to make room.

You combine TINFOIL HAT with LAMP to create:
TINFOIL LAMP.
While this lamp is on it blocks thought infiltration to anyone within its dim light radius. The amount of light given off is decreased by the tinfoil, however.
