Good News Everyone!!! (The joysplosion thread)

I made profiteroles! Nothing exploded or burned and while the lack of a proper piping bag/nozzle meant there was a pretty wide range of sizes, they looked pretty good. And tasted excellent too, which is the most important thing.

To be honest I'm just chuffed that I managed to make choux pastry even though I hadn't made it before and it was exactly as it was supposed to be.
