I guess there is flammable stuff around the door, and that's burning as well? I imagine that Kelda, in her infinite wisdom, might've decided to decorate her ship full of pyromancers and living coffee stain machines with very flammeable carpets.

Edit: Speaking of stuff that might make Oooo resent us, we could also steal his clock, hit Andrus with it and hope the Husse turns into something that can survive fire.

We can have him and Shetlock exchange clothes later to disguise Shetlock as Andrus for his ticket. No-one is gonna know the difference because of Shetlock's purple trait.
